Parkview Health Services Disaster/Continuity Plan
Parkview Health Services consistently updates our Disaster/Continuity plans in order to meet any perceived threats. In the past, these updates have largely focused on weather related events, power outages, etc. While COVID-19 presents unique challenges, the plans we have in place position us to continue to provide service to our community.
Parkview is monitoring the current situation closely with all state, federal and regulatory organizations, as well as our supply chains and courier service. As circumstances evolve that may affect any of our constituencies, we will communicate them in a timely manner.
Should the need arise to limit onsite personnel, our communication systems (phone, fax, email) will continue to be in place and we have the capability to work remotely. Essential onsite personnel will continue to be staffed to fill prescriptions. We will notify all constituencies should this occur via fax blast and with a new opening message on our phones.
Your concerns are our concerns. We are working diligently to make certain that we meet the essential needs of our clients.
Parkview Health Services has demonstrated a commitment to providing quality care and services
to consumers through compliance with nationally recognized accreditation standards.
