Does your pharmacy provide support for Prior Authorizations?

Yes. Our dedicated behavioral health team has years of experience with managing relationships with insurance companies. We take the administrative burden and process prior authorizations, so you can focus on caring for your patients.

Can you deliver LAI’s directly to a doctor’s office?

Yes, we have two delivery schedules per day and manage all shipments for LAI’s. We will customize the delivery schedule based on your needs to ensure that all your medication is on time.

Can you deliver same day injections if needed?

Yes, we understand that emergencies happen and are here to support you through them. Emergency orders placed before 12pm EST can be scheduled for same day delivery.

What insurance plans are you covered by?

We are contracted with all major insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance carriers.

Do you offer adherence support for behavioral health patients?

Yes. Our proprietary Adhere360 Program removes the complexity of managing multiple medications and simplifies the process for successful adherence. An experienced Patient Advocate reviews the patient’s medications and contacts their prescribers. No more multiple vials and keeping track of different medications.
