Pharmacy Technician
Reports to Pharmacy Technician Manager
Performs any combination of following duties to assist Pharmacist at Parkview Health Services: Under
supervision of Pharmacist, mixes pharmaceutical preparations, fills unit does punch cards and vials with prescribed tablets and capsules for both daily and monthly orders, and processes labels for bottles. Assists
Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication. Counts stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records. Processes records of medication dispensed to patient, and enters data in
computer. Ideal candidate will have some Pharmacy experience, have the ability to handle high volume of workload, meet deadlines and work well in a close environment with co-workers.

Customer Service Representative
Reports to Customer Service Manager Performs any combination of following duties to assist clients of Parkview Health Services: Talks with clients, patients, doctors and insurance companies by phone
regarding issues concerning prescriptions filled by PHS. Collection of medical information to be used to fill prescriptions as well as to coordinate billing of medications dispensed by Parkview. Filing, faxing and
copying of various materials as needed. Data entry into Pharmacy computer system, and printing of reports.

Reports to Traffic Manager Performs any combination of following duties to assist in the
delivery of Prescriptions filled by Parkview Health Services. Delivers prepackaged totes to various residential homes, clinics and healthcare facilities in the Western NY area, using vehicle from company fleet.
Computer entry of prescription delivery to include obtaining electronic signature of receipt at each location. Pick up and delivery of supplies, and materials related to Parkview Health Services business.
Lifting of materials up to 30 pound is required.
